RESERVATION POLICY
- 50% of total amount while booking and other 50% should be paid 30 days before the arrival.
- A refundable security deposit of 800EUR is required to cover potential damages, excessive cleaning or violation of the house rules. The deposit will be returned within 7 to 10 days after check-out, subject to property inspection.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 61 days prior to arrival are not subject to a cancellation fee.
- 60 to 31 days prior to arrival are due to 50% refund of deposit.
- 30 to 0 days prior to arrival or no shows are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total agreed amount.
DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
All personal information provided during the booking process will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Information will only be used for:
- Reservation management.
- Legal compliance.
- Communication regarding the stay.
FORCE MAJEURE
The owner shall not be held liable for cancelation or interruption of the stay due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters.
- Government restrictions.
- Travel banks.
- Utility failures.
- Public health emergencies.
In such cases, refunds or alternative arrangements may be offered at the Owner’s discretion .
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
- The Owner shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests personal belongings.
- The Owner shall not be liable for injury, accident or illness occurring during the stay, unless caused by proven negligence.
Guests use the property and its facilities at their own risk.
