RESERVATION POLICY

• 50% of total amount while booking and other 50% should be paid 30 days before the arrival.
• 5.000 € refundable deposit in case of compensation for possible damages / credit card required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 61 days prior to arrival are not subject to a cancellation fee. comment.
• 60 to 31 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of deposit.
• 30 to 0 days prior to arrival or non-show are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total agreed amount.
• Early departure is subject to a fee of 100% on the price of the non-used or remaining overnights of the reservation.
